The Commonwealth appeals an order granting appellee's motion to quash the return of the Municipal Court transcript.

Appellee Steven Smerechenski was charged with involuntary manslaughter, murder, and possession of an instrument of crime arising out of the shooting death of his son Steven on November 27, 1980, inside the family residence.
