73 Pa.Commw. 247 (1983) In accordance with the mandate of Section 403 of the Fiscal Code,1 the Auditor General of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania caused to be issued a financial audit of the affairs of the School District of Lancaster County for the fiscal years ended June 30, 1978 and June 30, 1979.
