Debtors, Dona Jeanne Padgett and Charles Hasten Padgett, filed complaints with this Court requesting that the named defendants in criminal proceedings commenced respectively against the debtors in Hickman Circuit Court, Kentucky, be enjoined from further prosecution of debtors pursuant to KRS 514.040, Kentucky's "bad check" statute.
