Petitioner, Presque Isle Harbor Water Company, appeals as of right from a decision of the Michigan Tax Tribunal. The property involved here is a water supply system (pipes, hydrants, valves, fittings, pumps, tanks and well containment buildings) on land owned by petitioner's parent corporation, American Central Corporation. The dispute focuses on the valuation placed on that property by respondent, Presque Isle Township, for the tax years 1980 and 1981...
