PER CURIAM.

Petitioner was employed as a probationary teacher by respondent board of education during the 1971-1972 and 1972-1973 school years. At the end of the second year, respondent notified petitioner that, due to her unsatisfactory performance, she would not be rehired for the following year. The petitioner then filed a grievance pursuant to the parties' collective-bargaining agreement. The arbitrator ruled in favor of the petitioner and offered her three options...
