In determining whether a custodial suspect's right to counsel has attached, the police are entitled to rely on the suspect's statements which reasonably lead them to believe that there has been a disposition of the unrelated charges against him. On the instant record, we conclude that the defendant's right to counsel had not attached when he waived his rights to remain silent and to the assistance of counsel...
