On October 29, 1982 the debtors, Littleton and Peggy Parr, filed a joint petition under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. In January of 1983 the debtors filed an adversary proceeding against the First Alabama Bank of Hartselle to determine the extent of the bank's secured claim, under a real estate mortgage, pursuant to 11 U.S.C.
