FACTS

The debtor, B.E.T. Genetics (B.E.T.) filed a Chapter 11 petition on December 23, 1982. Shortly thereafter, on December 30, 1982, this court authorized the debtor to employ the Law Offices of John T. Hansen and Niesar, Moody, Hill, Massey & Kregstein as its counsel. Both of these firms have applied for interim compensation. The application of John T. Hansen is not at issue...
