Petitioner Martha Nowels appeals as of right from a probate court determination that Thomas A. Lancaster is not a remainderman under a trust established by Martha's mother, Grace R. Nowels.

Grace R. Nowels died on December 23, 1979, and is survived by her daughter Martha Nowels and her son, John R. Nowels. Grace Nowels executed a trust in 1970. The subject of this appeal is the seventh and final amendment to the trust executed April 20, 1979...
