On September 29, 1982, following a bench trial in the circuit court of Livingston County, defendant, Patrick A. Kelleher, was acquitted of two charges of forgery. On October 4, 1982, following a hearing on the State's petition to recover attorney fees, the court ordered defendant to pay $440 to reimburse the county for his appointed counsel's services.
