Plaintiff-appellant, Seiburn Perry, fractured his arm on March 7, 1978, while working for Landmark, Inc. His workers' compensation claim was allowed for his arm condition. Thereafter, Perry's motion to allow a low back condition was denied by the Industrial Commission. He appealed to the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County. After trial to a jury, judgment was entered for defendant.
