John W. Campbell appeals his conviction of the offense of arson. Campbell, an attorney, was representing Kurt Gonsenhauser in a bankruptcy proceeding in the fall of 1981. Gonsenhauser was the owner and operator of a convenience store and had experienced financial difficulties in repayment of a loan to a doctor who was charging him 40% interest (prime plus 25%) on a loan.
