This action arises from a multiple-vehicle collision occurring on June 30, 1979. Defendants Kautz and Newton, employees of defendant Roach, Inc. ("Roach") attended and participated in Roach's annual picnic and were served and consumed alcoholic beverages. Kautz and Newton left the party to drag race and, while drag racing south on State Route 315 just north of the Delaware County line, one, or both, of their vehicles went left or center and collided...
