PER CURIAM.

On April 16, 1977, Valerie Sharpe, who was insured under an insurance policy issued by defendant, Detroit Automobile Inter-Insurance Exchange (DAIIE), was killed in an automobile accident. On May 23, 1978, plaintiff, Harold Sharpe, administrator of decedent's estate, filed an action in the Wayne County Circuit Court alleging, among other things, that defendant had wrongfully reduced the amount of survivors...
