Plaintiff, Aaron Cadena, appeals from a judgment of the circuit court of Cook County finding that a resulting trust did not arise in his favor.

On appeal, plaintiff contends that the trial court erred (1) in finding that he intended to make a gift to defendant, Maria Cadena, of her joint tenancy interest in property, and (2) in failing to impress a resulting trust on the property...
