The debtor filed for relief under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code (Code) on March 18, 1983. On June 7, 1983, the Burlington Savings Bank (Bank) as mortgagee of the debtor's residence filed a complaint for relief from the automatic stay of Code section 362(a).
