On November 4, 1980, defendant pled guilty of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, but mentally ill, MCL 750.520b(1)(f); MSA 28.788(2)(1)(f), and was subsequently sentenced to a term of from 15 to 50 years imprisonment. He appealed as of right. On January 27, 1982, this Court remanded this case. (Docket No. 55845, unreported.) On March 8, 1982, the trial court denied defendant's motion to withdraw his guilty plea. He again appeals as of right.
