SMITH, J.

A Superior Court judge, sitting without a jury, convicted the defendant on four indictments that charged conspiracy and possession of controlled substances with intent to distribute. On appeal the defendant contends that his motions to dismiss the indictments and to suppress certain evidence were improperly denied. We find no error.
