Thomas Resek appeals from two decisions of the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County. In the first case (No. 44781), he appeals from a decision of the court which affirmed a determination of the Seven Hills Civil Service Commission that he should be removed from his position as Chief of Police of the city of Seven Hills. In the second case (No. 44784), he appeals from a decision by the court which allowed the city of Seven Hills to appoint a new chief...
