Plaintiff corporation brought this action against the corporate and individual defendants on the basis of promissory note and "guaranty" signed by the defendants. Following a trial the District Court entered judgment for the plaintiff against the individual defendant, Joseph F. Noone, Jr., for the unpaid balance of the note, interest and attorney's fees.
