Defendant has filed post-verdict motions in which he raises the single issue of whether evidence of an overt act was legally sufficient to justify verdicts of guilty to conspiracy. Defendant was found guilty by a jury of conspiracy to commit escape and robbery. He was found not guilty of conspiracy to commit murder and kidnapping. The court sustained demurrers to charges of solicitation and attempt.
