The defendant, Itek Corporation (Itek), appeals from a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff Graphic Products Distributors, Inc., (GPD) in a suit brought under, inter alia, Section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1 (1976), and Section 4 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 15 (1976 & Supp. V 1981).
