In this action for dissolution of marriage, the issue is the alleged abuse of discretion in the trial court's financial awards to the former wife. The action was initiated by the plaintiff, Roger Devino, who sought a dissolution of his marriage to the defendant, Mary Ann Devino, on the ground of irretrievable breakdown.
