Diane Fouche filed suit against the Jekyll Island-State Park Authority ["the Park Authority"],1 alleging that she had been discriminated against on the basis of her sex, in violation of 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983 and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C.A. § 2000e et seq.
