This is an appeal from the district court's dismissal of a civil rights action for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. We hold that the action is barred as against defendant City of Augusta by the operation of res judicata but that the complaint should not have been dismissed as against the individual defendants as it states a possible claim against them under 42 U.S...
