OPINION

FROEB, Judge.

This is a special action review of an Industrial Commission award rescinding the dismissal of a scheduled hearing. Three issues are presented: (1) whether this appeal should be dismissed; (2) whether the findings were too indefinite; and (3) whether the administrative law judge abused his discretion. We affirm the award.
