This is an appeal from a decision of the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel that reversed the bankruptcy court's interpretation of the proper basis for computing the compensation to be awarded under 11 U.S.C. § 330 to a debtor's attorney. The Panel ruled that Fitzsimmons, formerly attorney for the Yermakovs, who are debtors in a bankruptcy proceeding, could recover under section 330 the fee provided...
