Appellant Richard Charlton (Charlton) appeals from the order of the district court which denied his petition for a writ of mandamus to require the bankruptcy court to vacate its orders approving and confirming the sale of the major asset of the estate, a parcel of real property (the property). For the reasons set forth below, we conclude that the district court's denial of the petition for writ of mandamus was proper. We do not reach the merits...
