KENNEDY, Circuit Judge:

This case requires us to determine the extent of our statutory jurisdiction to review a decision of the Federal Labor Relations Authority when it has ruled on exceptions to the decision of an arbitrator. We find no jurisdiction to review the Authority's decision in this case, and we dismiss the appeal. There is little authority on the Federal Labor Relations Act generally, but the Fourth Circuit has ruled on the jurisdictional question before...
