This diversity case arises from a suit brought by Jon-T Chemicals, Inc. (Jon-T) against Freeport Chemical Company (Freeport). The suit is based upon Freeport's alleged breach of a sales agreement. Trial was before a jury which returned a verdict in favor of Freeport.
