This is a civil action for rent brought in May 1981 by the plaintiff, Emidio Papa, as Trustee for the Papa Trust, against the defendant, Peter DiDominici. The suit arises out of a written lease between the parties which became effective August 15, 1979, and which relates to the first floor of the plaintiff's building used as a bakery shop.
