The defendant, George William Burns, was convicted by a jury of felony murder pursuant to § 18-3-102(1)(b), C.R.S.1973 (1978 Repl.Vol. 8), based upon the enumerated underlying felonies of second degree burglary, second degree kidnapping, and aggravated robbery.
