This case raises the novel question of whether a competitor of a farm labor contractor has standing to sue under the Farm Labor Contractor Registration Act, 7 U.S.C. § 2041 et seq. We agree with the district court that competitors of farm labor contractors do not have standing to sue under the Farm Labor Contractor Registration Act and therefore affirm the district court...
