Defendant Biswell appeals a jury conviction on Count I of a two count indictment charging him with two offenses of unauthorized use, acquisition and possession of food stamps of a value of $100 or more, respectively on or about June 17 and July 23, 1981, in violation of 7 U.S.C. § 2024(b) (Supp.1981).
