Defendant Central Union Church of Honolulu (Church) has appealed from a summary judgment awarded to plaintiff Bishop Trust Company, Ltd. (Bishop) on four of the five counts of its complaint.1 Bishop has cross-appealed the refusal of the court to award attorney's fees and costs.
