COMPTON, Justice.

Terry Williford was convicted of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. AS 28.35.030(a).1 Her conviction was affirmed by the court of appeals in Williford v. State, 653 P.2d 339 (Alaska App. 1982). We granted Williford's petition for hearing to review her assertion that AS 28.35.030(a)(3) violates the due process clauses of the United States and Alaska Constitutions...
