Defendants in this case are charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and conspiracy, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2 and 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). They have each moved to suppress certain evidence and to dismiss the indictment. This Court held hearings on July 14, 27 and 28, 1983 to consider this motion.
