This is an action to recover unpaid wages resulting from defendant's failure to pay plaintiffs in accordance with the minimum wage provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) as amended, 29 U.S.C. Section 201 et seq. The present suit was originally filed in a local court of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and was removed pursuant to Section 1441 of Title 28 U.S.C.
