OPINION

PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal by Judith B. Allen, who was denied unemployment compensation on the ground that she had a "reasonable assurance" of reemployment. For the reasons set forth below, we conclude that the denial of benefits was proper.

I. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

During the 1979/1980 school year, Allen was employed as a noncertified bilingual instructional aide with the Northwest Arctic School District in Kotzebue...
