Telex Computer Products, Inc., appeals from a declaratory judgment that Mechmetals Corp., the appellee, holds a "shop right" to produce a computer part that is the subject of a patent owned by Telex. Telex also appeals from the district court's refusal to enter findings on several state law issues raised by Mechmetals in its complaint and in the pretrial order.
