Appellants Torres, Narvaez, and Gomez were convicted by a jury of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. On appeal they contend that evidence seized during warrantless searches should have been suppressed by the trial court and that the evidence was insufficient, as a matter of law, to sustain their convictions.
