On December 14, 1979, Enoch and Darrel Ann Stewart purchased a used 1979 Mercury Cougar from defendant Abraham Lincoln Mercury, Inc. The installment contract they signed to secure the credit to make this purchase is the subject of this dispute. Plaintiffs allege that defendant dealer violated both the Federal Consumer Credit Protection Act,1 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., and Regulation Z of the Federal Reserve Board...
