This dispute concerns record keeping in connection with the harvesting of citrus fruits in Florida. The appellant, Adams Packing Association, Inc. (Adams), employed farm labor contractors Carlos Ramirez and Ramiro Ramirez during the 1976-77 and 1977-78 harvest seasons to provide Adams farm labor services.
