(Aire Cardinal), a California corporation, plaintiff below, appeals from an adverse jury verdict and judgment in favor of United Air Leasing Corporation (United), an Oklahoma corporation, defendant below, in this suit for damages. Jurisdiction is predicated on diversity of citizenship pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a) (1976).
