Filco sued alleging that Amana Refrigeration, Inc. (Amana), Boulevard T.V. & Appliance, Inc. (Boulevard) and Lamco Appliance, Inc. (Lamco) conspired to fix prices in violation of section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1, and California's Cartwright Act, Cal.Bus. & Prof.Code § 16720 (West 1964).
