PER CURIAM:

The instant appeal arises out of the conversion of an automobile. Appellant Rose E. Wickliffe brought an action against respondent Fletcher Jones of Las Vegas, Inc., doing business as Fletcher Jones Chevrolet (Fletcher Jones) for the tortious conversion of an automobile.
