With this case we enter the same legal setting, now with a different cast of characters and a new plot, as that presented by another case decided by this court today, Pusat v. M/V Tel Aviv, 711 F.2d 1231 (5th Cir.1983). Once again the dispute is between parties of different foreign nationalities, it concerns a maritime accident occurring on the high seas, and the sole relevant contact with the United States...
