This is an appeal from the bankruptcy court which allowed appellee's claim as a secured claim, based upon a security agreement executed on August 4, 1980.

The security agreement reads as follows:

"WHEREAS, the debtor is indebted to the secured party in the amount of $30,191.71, and does hereby grant to the secured party a security interest in the following property and any and all additions and successions thereto...
