In this labor dispute, plaintiff seeks reversal of a circuit court judgment dismissing her challenge to an arbitrator's award that (1) reinstated plaintiff in her job with defendant Safeway Stores, (2) declared the time between her discharge and her reinstatement to be a suspension period and (3) denied her back pay and benefits for the duration of the suspension. Plaintiff does not contest her reinstatement but she contends that the arbitrators...
