Veal (Veal), was charged in a two-count indictment along with Clinton George Schindler (Schindler) and Charles Wilson Cawthon (Cawthon) with one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana, a controlled substance, from a date unknown to the grand jury until August 2, 1980, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1)1, 8462 (1976)....
